Prior to Kaiser Permanente, he executed emerging medical technologies, created IT governance and alignment building collaborative alliances, simplified deployment of complex clinical and business softwares and led development of actionable informatics and analytics built by high performance teams; to facilitate strategic imperatives of meaningful use, clinical innovation and revenue cycle transformation.
His recent endeavors orchestrate the delivery of smart technology, innovative learning systems and integrated healthcare analytics. These efforts enable; value-based complex care and clinical transformation, enhanced patient progression, safety and performance improvement with risk management; ensuring multi-region community benefits, responsible research Initiatives and clinical strategy.
He earned his Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from Western International University and Master of Information Systems Management from DeVry University, Keller Graduate School of Management.
An active member of CHIME, ACHE, HIMSS & EDUCAUSE: Shadaab’s role is to establish and promote the KAISER Permanente’s expertise in high performance computing and intelligence for healthcare delivery and global medical research.
